In the end the switch hasn’t been dramatic at all. I needed those couple of days to get adjusted to the new environment and have all my apps set up and running with all my accounts and stuff.
It’s worth noticing that Huawei offers a very handy app to move all your data (photos, contacts, …) from iPhone (or another Android device) to the new phone and it worked as a charm.
It’s probably also important to mention that I wasn’t a fan of Apple’s iCloud nor an Apple Music user and a long-time hater of iTunes, while I’m a fan and happy user of most Google’s services, like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Docs. So most of my important stuff was already on Google platforms. This certainly helped the transition.
Do you have any advice or opinion you want to share? Any tips and tricks for an Android newbie?
