I am currently working on a project called: Structure for non-linear projects. It deals exactly with one of the that Designers and Architects deal with when working on a project: Organizing their agenda.

Why is that an issue? There are “N” digital solutions out there for project management, why would there be a need for another one?


One of the basis of the -Centered Design approach is gathering feedback and iterate. That means, a project can take several paths, and then, it can go back and forth along its stages.

It is not linear. There is not something like “the right” way. The process is flexible and it is shaped by the reflections and insights gathered in each and every one of the stages.

So, how can you keep track of the progress and the process without missing / overwriting data when iterating?

Collective Data

User design projects are collective and participants are often not in the same field. Plus, not all the activities require a tangible/quantifiable deliverable.

So, how can you have a comprehensive agenda of the team that includes qualitative and quantitative data? How can keep track of tasks, activities, timing and deliverables?

Project Nature

Even though some UX Teams focus on a certain industry, most of them work cross-industry. That means, you can either work for the banking industry, retail, health, government, education, etc. The type, shape and format in which you get information will be varied.

How can you have a flexible tool that allows you to adapt to the requirements of every client? How can we make a project management tool that enables you to have the information in one place regardless of the format you get it?
