Every day, the ProgrammableWeb team is busy, updating its three primary directories for APIs, clients (language-specific libraries or SDKs for consuming or providing APIs), and source code samples. If you have new APIs, clients, or source code examples to add to ProgrammableWeb’s directories, we offer forms (APIs, Clients, Source Code) for submitting them to our API research team. If there’s a listing in one of our directories that you’d like to claim as the owner, please contact us at [email protected].
Eleven APIs have been added to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories including Messaging, Insurance, and Supply Chain. Featured today is the Aidlab API for interacting with a health and fitness biosensor, and Tyntec cloud communication APIs. Here’s a rundown of the latest additions.
Clearcover is a technology-driven car insurance provider. The Clearcover API allows users to offer affordable car insurance online and generate new income while providing customers savings. The API allows partners to integrate applications with Clearcover platform data collection, display prices, and view changes to coverage elections. The API is listed in our Insurance category.
SMSCarrier SMPP SMS Gateway API is for sending SMS to mobiles on over 900 networks world-wide. It supports v3.3 and v3.4 of SMPP specification, and includes support for delivery receipts. This API can be used for sending SMS as part of a number of different applications quickly and reliably. SMPP stands for Short Message Peer-to-Peer. The API is listed under the Messaging category. See ProgrammableWeb‘s complete list of Messaging APIs.
