Things have gotten pretty bad. Daily fights between tech leads and analyst leads on the team, no goal alignment, no real planning happening, no follow through. It wasn’t always like this, I believe we have just gotten into a funk. The well is poisoned and it’s a loop that just feeds into itself and makes every day worse and worse. Rather than complain I’m going to try to do one thing to improve the every single day, starting with my team of 8 people.
