No. We are designing experiences. Think of it like a restaurant. You don’t pay for the food, you pay for the experience.
What does a quality restaurant seeking loyal patrons think about? It’s much more than just curating a delicious, even beautiful looking meal. It’s about the service. It’s about the atmosphere and the environment surrounding. It’s thinking about the customer through every stage. It’s about the before and after as much as it is about the now.
A designer shooting for usable is like a chef shooting for edible.
