Two guys at my company just wrote a blog titled: How to Build a Culture of Continuous Testing in Your Organization.
The two main points are (1) shared responsibility along the entire CI/CD pipeline to build in quality at every stage with no silos, and (2) highly organized team collaboration across developers, testers and operations.
I’m trying to learn more about this topic, outside of company viewpoints. What other steps would you all suggest to implement Continuous Testing? Or, if you have already started with CT, what hurdles did you face to get there?
